DESCRIPTION:All women are invited to join the Sole Sisters\, a friendly wal
 king group where all walking speeds are welcome! The group enjoys a trek o
 f up to 4 km\, making it a great opportunity to get outside\, enjoy some f
 resh air and meet new people. Our first walk for the fall will be Monday\,
  September 14.\nWalkers come from Glen Morris\, Cambridge\, Paris\, Ayr an
 d St. George - and everyone is welcome! The group meets at 9:00am every Mo
 nday at the rail trail parking lot on Forbes Street in Glen Morris.\nWalki
 ng takes place in most weather conditions\, although during the winter mon
 ths\, when the rail trail isn’t walkable\, the route is occasionally “
 detoured” to McPherson School Road.\nAfter the walk\, everyone gathers a
 t Glen Morris United Church for conversation\, coffee\, tea and\, of cours
 e\, lots of laughs! Treats are available for a $2 donation.\nInterested in
