GLEN MORRIS CEMETERY BOARD - NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 16th Anual General Meeting of the Glen Morris Cemetery Board will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Glen Morris United Church at approxiamately 12:30pm. The time is “approximate” since the meeting will not start until the Annual Meeting of the Church has concluded.This meeting will also be available on zoom using the link for this Sunday's worship service and can be accessed here.
ITEMS ON THE AGENDA INCLUDE:
1. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE FIFTEENTH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE GLEN MORRIS CEMETERY BOARD HELD ON FEBRUARY 9th,2020.
2. CONSIDERATION OF THE REPORT OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE AND ELECTION OF 5 TRUSTEES.
3 ADOPTION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2022.
4 WORDS OF APPRECIATION FOR THE VOLUNTEER WORK OF THE BOARD MEMBERS.
5 ANY OTHER BUSINESS COMING BEFORE THE MEETING.
