This event has already occurred
We’re making and selling delicious soups to warm your belly during these cold winter months! With proceeds going to our Mission & Service Fund, this is a win/win event!
The project took in $207 for the M&S fund for January's event (some customers were more than generous!). About 60 cups of soup and 12 loaves of bread were sold.
We are now planning to make six different homemade soups to sell before and after church on Sunday, March 3rd. Home baked bread will also be available on a first come - first served basis.We will also need canning, jam and pickle jars. They can be left in the narthex.
We are taking orders for the soups! The sign up sheets for soup orders will be available at church or download and fill out the attached form below and email to Charlotte at taylor232@bell.net. Soups being offered are: vegetable beef, chicken rice, potato onion, split pea, vegetable and carrot. One cup serving $2, two cup serving $4 and three cups $6. Let us know which type you would like and how large a container. There will also be homemade bread for $5.00 per loaf which will be on a first come, first served basis. No pre-orders on bread.
