Passing the Peace - July 11, 2025

Dear Glen Morris United Church, 

I may have only been a few hours away in Ottawa this past week but it felt like a whole different world as I spent many days surrounded by hundreds of highland dancers competing in the ScotDance Canada Championship Series. I competed in four different events and got to experience the joy of reuniting with dance friends from all across the country. My legs are tired but my heart is full and I am returning home with many new memories. 

I am looking forward to joining you in worship this Sunday as we continue our shared services with the Grand River Collaboration - may our time together in prayer and song be a cool breeze for our spirits and bring us relaxation and rejuvenation for the week ahead.
