The Salvation Army Food Bank which serves Brantford and Paris shares this letter - 

"Hello Fellow Donors,
 
Please read the poster above regarding our Thanksgiving Food Drive.  The need is continuous, and your community needs your help!  Produce and turkeys are are also very much needed!  Current items that are needed are listed below:
 
Side kicks
Juice boxes/large juices
Cookies
Produce - Potatoes, Carrots
tuna or canned meat (chicken, turkey or ham)
Cereal - both hot and cold
Peanut Butter
Kids snacks - fruit cups, apple sauce cups, peanut-free granola bars, etc.
Crackers
kraft dinner
Canned fruit
Canned vegetables
small soups - chicken noodle and vegetable, etc.
large soups 
Stuffing
Canned tomatoes
Large bags of Rice (or any size)
Toilet paper
Feminine Hygiene
tea and coffee
mr. noodles
hygiene items - toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, shampoo, etc.
If you are in need of food donation barrels, please let me know.

Glen Morris United Church asks that donations be brought to the church before the Thanksgiving long weekend so that they may delivered in time.
